What is the average delivery time?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Delivery times average 3 to 7 business days but may vary slightly depending upon your location.
Will you ship items overnight or 2-Day?
Absolutely, if the customer is willing to pay the extra charges for delivery. However, orders to be shipped overnight or 2-Day must be made by telephone (856-616-9064).
Why can't I have my keri golf products shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?
We will ship keri golf products to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. However, these purchases must be made by telephone order (888-332-5053 or 856-616-9064).
What size are the bags and how much do they weigh?
Cart bags are 8.5" round top and 35" tall. They weigh between 7-8 lbs. The stand bags are 8.5" oval tops and also 35" tall. They weigh between 6-7 lbs.
What is included in the purchase of a keri golf bag?
With the purchase of every keri golf bag, the customer will receive a coordinating zip bag and a mirror that is attached to the golf bag.
Can I have my keri golf bag monogrammed?
You can have your keri golf bag monogrammed but you must order the bag by telephone. All of the monogramming will be located on the back, bottom ball pocket. We can monogram with a name, logo or initials. The style format can be script, block or diamond shape (for initials). You can choose any thread color that you prefer. Click the "monograms" link on the cart bags or stand bag pages of our site for additional details.
What is price-based shipping?
keri golf calculates shipping charges based on the total price of products purchased in any single online transaction. For purchases up to $116, the shipping charge is $10.00. For purchases ranging from $117 and up the shipping charge is $16.
What does the notation "Shipping Weight: 0.00 pounds" mean?
Since keri golf calculates shipping charges by the price of products shipped rather than the weight of packages shipped, our system sets the shipping weight at zero.
What is the return policy?
All returns must be in its original packaging and keri golf box. Please call first for the return address (856) 616-9064. We will not accept returns after 30 days.
Once we have received the item in good order, we will credit the amount due, minus all shipping costs.
